A few of Wai-Kam's friends (about 30)gathered for a surprise party for her.
Michaela and Angela collaberated on the "Great Wall of Kam" (also known as the wall of embarassment): lots of pictures from early childhood to "maturity".
The guest of honour arrives to find a house full of people. What a shock!!
There was a little bit of food waiting for her (I counted 16 different entrees).
And, of course, there was a birthday cake, provided by Sandy who had a very "bright idea" for the candles!!
Follwed by dessert!!
The feasting continued, while Sally wondered why she wasn't included !
Then came the gift opening. This went on for a while.
Back to the serious business of socializing.
Michaela and Angela found some "quality time" to chat during the party.

The dogs were finally allowed in and Casey found a comfortable place to settle in. We had five dogs for the evening: Sally, Casey, Kaya, Maggie and Sarah !!
Casey let us know that he had had enough. "Good night and Happy Birthday!!"
