The Simplified Form is the most popular form of Tai Chi. This class is suitable for beginners, or for those who want to improve their understanding of the techniques in this form.

Tai Chi "Plus"
This class is for those already familiar with the Long Form, and want to continue to develop Tai Chi skills and mind/body awareness. Techniques will be refined, and applications will be explained. QiGong and Silk Reeling exercises will be included. This class is also learning the 42-combined Form, which has movements from Chen, Yang, Wu and Sun styles of Tai Chi.

Fan Tai Chi.
This is new this term. This Tai Chi Fan Form is a very interesting and fun to learn form. It blends the martial arts aspects of Tai Chi with the graceful movements of the fan, creating a visually appealing form with all the basic principles of Tai Chi.

Pushing Hands
This class will look at the basics of Pushing Hands, learning how to apply Tai Chi principles and movements in a practical way. Pushing Hands enhances the understanding of Tai Chi Forms and the techniques of the moves. New participants always welcome.

Yang Style Long Form (108 Moves)
Beginners
This is the traditional Tai Chi form, consisting of 108 sequential movements, as set down by Yang Cheng Fu, grandson of the originator of the Yang Style of Tai Chi. Students will learn the basic principles of Tai Chi, and explanations of the benefits that the exercises provide.

Introduction to Pushing Hands
This class is intended to familiarize students with the basic principles of Pushing Hands, a method of applying the techniques of Tai Chi. Pushing Hands is a way of improving one's Tai Chi form by teaching one how to maintain balance and control while avoiding being pushed by one's partner. This is a cooperative exercise which enhances one's understanding of the physical as well as the philosophical aspects of Tai Chi.
